What happened to my toolbar!?!
My Gforce toolbar has disappeared. I've tried bringing it up through my Start menu, nothing shows. Tried right clicking in Gforce, nothing shows. Where is it and how can I get it back? Has anybody had this problem?

Look for it just peeking out on one of the 4 edges. I found mine hiding underneath the taskbar. Right Click and unlock task bar and move it to a different edge. After you retrieve the GF toolbar, you can put your task bar back where you like it, and once again lock it down.
I have had this happen more than once, but I am not sure how it gets that way... me or a bug. I suspect it can happen when you go changing screen resolutions or enter full screen at less than maximum screen size.

GF 4.2.0 on a Win7 machine, the position in stored in:
"C:\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Roaming\SoundSpectrum\G-Force\Toolbar Preferences.txt"
You can edit these variables to 0 and get things straightened out
(assuming this is your problem)
I believe this file is updated ON CLOSE ... so exit GF, edit file, and then restart GF.

Code: Select all
Toolbar.Position.x = 0
Toolbar.Position.y = 0
