Mac user having trouble with a PC

Hi everyone,
I am a mac user, and i am trying to get G-Force set up on a Sony Vaio laptop running XP. I am not very familiar with PC's. The problem I am having is, when I call up a sprite, I get a message saying Quicktime is needed to run the sprites. I installed quicktime, and I am still getting the message, or the sprites just don't come up. I transfered my sprites from my mac, where they work fine. Do I have to rename them or something? Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it.
