Professional License Renewal

Post by splungent »

Hello,
I renewed my professional license and made my payment via paypal on 10/22/2010. I am still waiting on a new licence code. Any idea on when this will be sent? Also curious if the license term starts from when I payed or to when it is downloaded? Any help in getting this resolved is greatly appreciated. :!:
Thanks Christopher

Hello splungent

Don't think you will get the help you need on the forum. Click on the link below and post your details there.

Professional License

Post by splungent »

Hello,
Sound Spectrum has sent me the info I need to download the professional license yesterday. I also had a ticket for many weeks. I suspect they are understaffed and or incredibly busy. It took a while but I got it straightened out. I sent a lot of emails and kept adding to the ticket.
Thanks Christopher

opening a support ticket is the best way to get your problem solved.

this forum is only monitored by volunteers who like GF and none of us work for Soundspectrum so if you think posting here will get you a better or more timely result than opening a support ticket will you are mistaken.

Its always best to go right to the source.
