minimum requirments for my setup - HELP

Post by matrix64015 »

Discovered G-Force at a friends house a couple months back. I love it & I'm working on getting it set up at my house. I want to buy a new computer & run G-Force from it to my plasma TV. It will be sort of like a light HTPC, except for now I only need it to play music using J River Media Center with G-Force as a visualizer thru the plasma for hanging out, parties etc. I don't need a massive set up here. I was thinking 2 GB RAM, 2.6 Ghz processor, but the main thing is what video card specs can I use as a minimum? 512MB, 1GB? I'm trying to keep this project around $400. Eventually I may get into running other stuff on this computer & upgrade further but for now I just want to run G-Force & Media Center ONLY & have no lags or weak graphics on the plasma. I'm kind of a noob & I appreciate everyone's input! I love G-Force & want it ASAP but the budget is kinda tight for now at $400...
