Screensaver Download???

Hi,

I have had G-Force Gold for several months and decided to add the screensaver module. I purchased it 2 days ago and have yet to receive a license code or download link. I sent a message to the sales/support group and they sent me another link for G-Force Gold instead of the screensaver. I thought perhaps the screensaver module was included in the new download link, but when I downloaded and installed it, there was not a screensaver option. Am I missing something here? Also, is it unusual not to get a timely response from the support team? I'm thinking of canceling the transaction with my credit card company as this is getting ridiculous.

The screensaver is included in the Gold download file (once you purchase it). It is not a separate download file.

As for the timely response, we're not sure what you mean. You have opened two tickets with us:

1. Ticket 31425 at 2008-08-20 16:03:13, which we have replied to at 2008-08-20 16:11:01. You then replied to it again at 2008-08-21 13:34:25, but you have already opened a duplicate ticket prior to that, below, which we replied to soon after as well.
2. Ticket 31445 at 2008-08-21 13:21:24, which we have replied to at 2008-08-21 14:05:04 and then marked duplicate of the original ticket above.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please ask for a refund. We stand behind our products and service.

In any case, what happens now, when you download your Gold installer file and install it?
