if you buy GF platinum it comes with a standalone version of GF that will listen to your soundcard options. it comes in handy when you want to run GF on a second screen.

open the standalone and then right click the screen for a menu, look under audio input source, click what you hear or wav out now you can use virtual dj and GF at the same time.
