No WhiteCap SE w/ Platinum upgrade

I just upgraded to Platinum. I understood WhiteCap SE to be included in the download. No sign of it anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks, Quick

You can download it from the web site, and use your Platinum serial number to use it.

I tried several times to get it from the site. I was being directed to a page that listed everything that comes with the Platinum upgrade. I waited about 30 minutes and tried again, there everything was. Screensaver, WhiteCap SE, the stand alone app. Who knows. Thanks for the reply. Quick
