Using a fixed background image with G-Force Standalone

Several months back I found instructions in this forum on how to use an image of my choice as a fixed, permanent background that G-Force would then operate "on top of" so to speak. Naturally, I have lost those instructions... anybody have that info handy? Oh, I'm still using version 3.0.1
