Choosing the screen for V-bar

Is it possible to change the screen/monitor on which V-bar is displayed. I can drag it do different dock locations, but I can't seem to drag it to my second monitor.

If this isn't possible currently, please add it as a feature request.

I too, would like this - i need to specifiy a 2nd monitor for it.....
