New setup!

Post by Wolf »

One of my friends was over the other day and liked G-Force running on my tv. He got a great idea to run another Vis on the PC monitor. So now I have G-Force on the TV and Milkdrop on the PC monitor (for variation). Then we went a step further. I have another PC next to this one with another monitor. So I set G-Force Standalone up on it. Now I have 3 vis displays. I will take a picture of them running soon. 8)

Left to right:
25" TV connected to the blue computer via S-Vid | Running G-Force
17" Monitor connected to the blue PC via VGA | Running MilkDrop (winamp)
17" Monitor connected to the white PC | Running G-Force

I have 2 sound cards in the blue PC. Winamp (music) uses one and is split 3 ways; one to the sourround system, and one to go to the line-in on the blue and white PC's running G-Force Standalone. I can't believe I can have GF and MilkDrop running on the same PC with no skipping. Now all I need is a pair of glowsticks!

Actually, this is my "entertainment room." I have another room where I sleep. Maybe it is about time I got rid of the bunks as they havn't been used in years. :?

You cant fool us about the bunks, we know you still sleep on the top bunk, and have friends to stay over lmfao
I'll come to bed once i've seen everything in G-Force.

Projector

Thanks to the non profit public license I got from Soundspectrum, and thanks to a kind bar owner, I've been lucky enough to see GForce projected to a 5m*6m wall background with live music. It's awesome. People were taking photos of it! It gave the charity gig a very mellow feel. Can't wait till the next one which apparently will be a charity beach party for Make-A-Wish (though most people leave before it gets dark for some reason :( ).
