Check out the G-Force Documentation. There is probably more information there than you can handle at your current level. It doesn't go into anything in great detail, but it goes into just about everything in some detail... enough to head you in the right direction. You can access the latest version on the website and the version for whatever you are running by hitting Ctl-H with the G-Force window in focus. Take care.
