G-Force Toolbar fields empty and Standalone does not work.

I have the same software installed on my desktop computer with XP and it works fine. The standalone works and the options in the toolbar are all there. On my laptop with Vista Premium, G-force works with a music player going and the toolbar pops up, but all of the fields are empty and standalone does not show up at all. I have read this forum over a hundred times regarding this issue and it seems that everyone with this problem is able to solve it except me. How can I check to see if the toolbar is connecting to the internet? The FAQ did mention that but did not help at all. Can anyone please help me? Thanks.

the toolbar is connected the fields will be full of info, that how you know its conncected.
if your laptop has a firewall make sure its set to allow GF access to the internet.

try turning off your firewall and see what happens if the toolbar fields show up then your firewall is not set propperly.
