THEY STOLE G-FORCE FROM US!
I've used G-Force since the beginning. I bought a new computer today and when I go to download g-force I find that I need to pay for it now. That's an evil thing to do. G-Force should be free. Pride in accomplishment should be enough payment for the creator.

Hi Ediem, I expect that you must go to work every day without expecting to get a paycheck at the end of the month, since you must obviously be paid in full by the pleasure of doing your work. I doubt whether I have never heard such a D--- F--- (expletive deleted) comment as you made in your original posting. For your sake, I hope that you are smarter than your comment indicates! If you did backups of your computer, you would still have a copy of your original GF serial number and could not have this problem. There is an ancient adage in the computer world, at least 50 years old, "Backup your data, or Die!". Take care.
my bad
I spoke a little too soon. I expected the "trial" to be a limited time thing. Come to find out it just lacks a couple options i could care less about. I retract my previous statement on account of that. As long as they keep a free version that doesnt expire i'll be happy.
Well ediem i should think so,
It really is amazing that people like yourself still exist.
Now i can understand the desire to have a piece of software for free, but when you think about it how often do you use g-force ?
When does the amount of usage warrant you to pay for something ?
an unrestricted free version is nice to try and see if you like it it, but if your using something ever day then surely a small fee is not so much of a burden, maybe i am picking you up wrong but with people like yourself onboard then maybe it would be a good idea to remove the free version as your contibuting absolutely zero to the growth and expansion of G-force as a whole and people who register their product are supporting free loaders like yourself. fssssshhhhh i'll stop now and return when i am calmer, and then i edit this post to something nice grrrrrrrrrrrr

To Charge or not to Charge
Seriously. I agreee that $10 is not a heck of alot to ask for. Especially when you see a great program that has OODLES of potential to get BIG! I just bought mine today without even trialling it as I figured even if I didn't really like it that much $10 wouldn't break the bank.
Now let's see the program become more USER FIRENDLY. Time to work on losing the script codes and switching to a more user friendly control panel or something. Good luck!

That dancing chick was great and way ahead of it's time. Shame no one else has bettered it since.markofkane wrote:I never thought I'd pay for a Media Player visualization .
I once got one that was loaded with spyware, Wild Tangent , but it had a dancing girl, that danced to the music. I liked it, until I found out it was spyware. Removed it a long time ago.
But G-force is a bargain. It is pretty good!!!

No, she wasn't naked. But was fun to watch.
But, it took Spybot search and Destroy to remove all the spyware entires.
Of course, when I removed spyware, it quit working.
I wish there was a spyware free version.
I have a naked chick on my PC, I got it from Desktopmates.com.
I also have have CyberBuddy (not Bonzi Buddy, known spyware)
and ultra Hal 5 assistant. And MASH to create stories using Microsoft agents, including the naked one.

Yes, a GUI interface to set options would be nice. I mean, like you would set options in Windows Media Player.bcostelloe wrote:Seriously. I agreee that $10 is not a heck of alot to ask for. I am not a programmer, so I do not know how difficult it would be.
I cannot even understand code and javascript.
