Where is my confirmation email?

I paid for the Visualizations through Music Match and have not received any email confirming nothing. Anybody out there experience the same problem? I paid with PayPal. There is no phone number to Soundspectrum - pretty convenient. I'd say, huh? Please advise.

You will find that we are VERY responsive to email. For license code problems, please email us at "sales[at]soundspectrum.com". We also maintain a Contact Us web page and that link is posted below:
- http://www.soundspectrum.com/contact.html.

As for how our PayPal process works, please know that our license code emails are typically sent within seconds / minutes of your paypal purchase. However, we are supplied your "default" PayPal email address and you may have this set to something different than your day-to-day email (please check your paypal account). Also, it's possible that you may have network or spam filters that have blocked our email from reaching you. Either way, you can email us as "sales[at]soundspectrum.com" and we'll get right back to you!

Must not be a typical day....... Received my Paypal receipt 3 hours ago and still no license code. Yes, I have checked my spam filtering box and even set it to allow the soundspectrum.com domain. I waited the two hours and then sent an email to sales. I tried to have the site re-send the code and got the error: "The e-mail address entered was not recognized. Please enter your registered e-mail address."

I'm no rocket scientist, but this tells me my payment has yet to be processed. Funny how I received both the paypal receipt and forum registration e-mails in under 3 seconds. Urge to kill rising.
