what format do i need to record off of dark room to get put it on dvd?

hi,

Well if you have a full version of quicktime pro you can encode in most formats, its then just a case of getting your dvd creation software to convvert it and encode it to dvd.
I'll come to bed once i've seen everything in G-Force.
