gforce unable to load any image

Post by grahamk »

I get "error loading <filename>"

each and every time gforce tries to load an image.

I am running Gforce 357 and Media Center *12*

Anything I can try to fix this?

Thx,
Graham

Yep, I keep getting similar error messages too, was just going to post the same question, but thought I'd add to this post.
I have the latest G-Force 3-5-7 and also running XP media centre.
The problem occurs if I press 'show image' on the toolbar or when G-Force selects a random image. Shall I try a re-install?
need some expert advice!
cheers folks

Please know that G-Force requires the installation of QuickTime for display of certain graphics and/or background images and sprites. If you are running into any problems, please see the FAQ posting below:

Note that you may need to install QuickTime from the link below:

Cannot get images in Sprite folder to work.

Greetings,

I notice from the post below that you need to have QuickTime installed on your computer to get some (all?) sprite images or movies to work.

I have QuickTime installed on my computer and still have problems. Does QuickTime need to be running when G-Force is running?

Thanks,

Jeff
