More Ram???

I am always using Gforce and I was wondering if it is worth me upgrading and getting more Ram into my computer. The reason I ask is that it skips once in a while when switching flowfields and I want that to stop.
T have a mac with 512 of ram now.

To be honest i dont think it would help an awful lot,
sounds like a bit of cpu lag at the transition stage.

I'm sure someone will corerect me if i am wrong,
but i believe ram is not the answer.
