Hi

What are those codes people post? And what are you supposed to do with them?

Thanks

If/when you download the program and look in the folders for G-Force's component effects (WaveShapes, FlowFields, ColorMaps), you'll find within them other folders containing contributed files for each kind. The code used to put them together is there. To get a good understanding of how they work, you will need to understand a good amount of basic mathematics as well as C++ oriented coding.
It's hard for me to explain, since I'm neither that good in math or a programmer of any great reputation. Through much usage, I've come to at least comprehend some aspects of it.
If you already have the program, look into the component folders, choose an effect you want to see the code for and see if it makes sense. If you have some questions, you can email me at philodoh@mac.com and I'll try to answer some basic questions, particularly with respect to what some things in the language mean. Others here can better explain the math behind it.
Hope that helps.
