Please help!!!!!!!!

Can anybody help me without confusing me!!!!!??????
I've just bought GF plat and think it's great but I don't understand any of the bits about spritres etc. Right now I have three things confusing me.
1. I'm trying to add pictures from my PC but can't seem to do this (both in the stand alone and in WMP 11).
2. Im trying to add text (both in the stand alone and in WMP 11).
3. I want to get rid of the album information (in WMP 11).

can anybody please help?

For the pictures go to the Particles, Images and Video tab on the GForce Toolbar and look for the "Use External Folder" button click on it and browse to the folder that contains your pictures, with that done put a check in the "Include Subfolders" box.

To turn off track info, go to the "Visualization Preferences" tab and uncheck the "Show track info when a new track starts" box.

As for the text I have no clue.
