Capture G-Force to Video File

Sorry if this has already been asked but is it possible to capture G-Force to a video file? I'm wanted to make several loopable animated backgrounds for music presentations using MediaShout. I have tried several different screen recorders and none of their quality is very good.

Also, I only have G-Force because it came with my new computer which is a Dell XPS 400 with Windows Media Center. Is my version of G-Force a full, updatable version? Or is it just a limited license?
