Show images continuosly

Hey all. Very new to GF 3.5, but i did fool around with GF years ago (boy has it grown). Anyway I am having a party with live music and i will be using GF to react to the music using the standalone. I also hoped to show some select graphics throughout their set. I seem to have to manually start the images while testing with the sound generator. And sometime the images dont seem to show up at all. I'm not sure i understand how the particles, images and video panel work in the toolbar. Basically i want to add 10 or so images (uncheck everything else) and have those show up randomly, fairly often.

Does my question make sense? Sorry still new to the app.

Gf will only show whats in the folders so if you remove the pics and prefs from the sprites folder and replace them with the pics you want and as long as they are named propperly they will be the only pics GF shows.

you can start a new particle by hitting the the Y key on your key pad and you can stop a particle by hitting the K key on your pad.

its a bit of work but it can be done

How are particles different from pics? Is there a particles folder? I didnt see one.

I removed all of the pics in the folder and put in my pics. The pics dont seem to show up that often. Do i need to trigger them somehow? I'd like for them to start automatically.

What do you mean by named properly (or do i need to read the manually more carefully)?

Once i get this all set do i need to save it as a theme and load it each time?
