Satellite Radio

I apologize if this question has been previously addressed:
I have Sirius Satellite radio on my computer and just a while ago downloaded the freebie version of G-Force. Is there a way to have G-Force running in synch with the sat. radio? If anyone has the answer/instructions, I'd appreciate clear, concrete directives. Don't take anything for granted regarding my current tech knowledge!
