G-Force Toolbar

Post by john2006 »

Hi Andy,

Is it possible to configure the G-Force Toolbar to display only when needed by a user? The way that it is set up on my computer now, every time I click on an MP3 file, the G-force Toolbar pops up. I have tried looking in many places to turn off this feature but wasn't able to. The only thing that I can do right now is to minimize the G-force Toolbar or exit out of it each time I click on a new MP3 file. This can get very annoying after playing many MP3 files. Other than that, your G-force visualization is superbly pleasing to look at.

I agree. I hate the toolbar and I have never used it but it drives me crazy because it always pops up and steals the focus from my music player. Because I use a remote, I have to go find the wireless mouse to click on the music program to get the focus back so my remote will work.

Disabling the toolbar or uninstalling it (prefer) is a must for me. I find myself using the inferior wmp visualizations only so that stupid toolbar won't keep poping up!

Please let me know how to disable it.

While the toolbar is open:

1.Click on the little "tab" at the bottom(middle)

It should drop-down, with options.

2.Click "toolbar preferences"

3.Uncheck "start toolbar when G-force starts"

Close the toolbar. It should not show up anymore.(hopefully) unless you open it in program files.

Thanks. That did the trick. Didn't even notice that that was there.

The Mac version doesn't have the "Start ToolBar when G-Force starts" option.

I believe i mentioned in th beta notes that checkbox hasn't been added yet. It'll be there in the next beta.
