Can someone clarify for me:
G-force screen saver fills my monitor edge to edge, apparently running at a resolution that is higher than the iTunes plug-in (the copyright text at bottom of screen is much smaller, which I see as a resolution switch).
But in iTunes, Full Screen has a half inch border on all sides. I've tried fiddling with the prefs but can't seem to get that border to go away. I don't think its an iTunes issue since I have other visual plug-ins that can fill the whole screen.
Full Screen limitation in iTunes?

No, I tried doing it in the prefs files found in the G-Force pres folder in my System Library. While there I noticed that the prefs for Screensaver, iTunes and standalone had the same NoBo=0 setting; so it's not clar to me how the screensaver gets to its full screen form. I'll have to poke around in the boot.txt, although it's not clr what I'm looking for.

what happens when you use the toolbar to edit the max frame size? you can see the results in real-time. you shouldn't need to be editing prefs here on out.willrob wrote: But in iTunes, Full Screen has a half inch border on all sides. I may not be using the Toolbar properly (is there a manual/read me somewhere?). I launch the Tool Bar either before or after iTunes, and in the advanced pane I select "Keep toolbar on top of other applications." But of course if I switch to fullscreen mode, the Toolbar isn't visible.
When iTunes is open but I haven't started G-Force, or when it's not active (still seeing song lists), the Tool Bar give this message in the Target G-Force Visualizer: "Searching for G-Force..." This appears to be a pop-up menu, but I can't make any other selection from it. When G-Force is running (not in full screen mode), it reads "iTunes (Runnng on Desktop G4)" Perhaps I need to have multiple G-Force capable applications running for this menu to offer other choices.
To answer Andy's question, when I select the resolution of my monitor (1152x870x8) while I'm not in Full Screen mode, but while G-force is running [which is the only time I can make any selection in the Full Screen Mode pop up menu], and then I switch to full screen mode, my entire screen gets filled. And in future restarts of iTunes and G-Force (even without the tool bar launched) this Full Screen mode reamins—which is what I want.

Try playing with the "Max Frame Width" and Height. they will carry over to fullscreen mode whe you switch to fullscreen mode. Edit them to "no limit" while G-Force is in Window mode (not fullscreen mode).willrob wrote:I may not be using the Toolbar properly (is there a manual/read me somewhere?).
