How to get OS X StandAlone into the Full Screen mode ?

Post by erebus1 »

I have the latest version of G-Force Stand Alone on a Powerbook 1ghz, 1gig ram, Titanium, OS 10.4.3

When using v2.6.8 GOLD StandAlone, across the top of the menu bar for such is the menu item "Window". When you scroll down, you can choose "Full Screen" or G-Force (windowed mode).

Where is this in StandAlone v1.0 (at least that's what it is called in the Get Info Window).

I just downloaded the latest Platinum version today Jan 5, and that Menu Bar item does not exist.

How do I go full screen without the menu bar showing ?

Thanks

Click on the GF window itself.

I have GF 3.0.1 on an iMac running 10.3.9 and I think somewhere along the line, the option to choose FS mode from a pulldown menu just disappeared (over the course of this app's development, some feaures that essesntialy weren't necessary have been phased out without much fanfare or notice).

Anyway, give what I just mentioned a shot and let us know.

Yes, double clicking inside the window switches to Full Screen.
