"Unconfirmed Download" and no installer

I've been a SoundSpectrum customer for many years. I just updated my license and downloaded G-Force. The Installer didn't appear on my home screen, as it usually does. There's a file that says "Unconfirmed 512923 download." If I click this file, I get a box that says "Select an app to open this .crdownload file." I've got a brand new computer with plenty of processing power, and I'm anxious to take this G-Force out for a test drive. I will be using it with Apple Music, or the Media Player that came with my new Windows 11 64.

Please help me get G-Force up and running on my new system.

Hello NBachers

This is a common issue due to Microsoft attempting to block third party software. The solution is to temporally disable Windows security program in particular Smartscreen. Delete the 'cr' download which is a Google file and is of no use. Then download G-Force quickly as Microsoft only gives you ten minuets before automatically restoring their security program again which will once again block you. Let us know how you get on.

I believe that's a temporary file whenever you're downloading something. Maybe your browser has blocked the download and you haven't noticed?
