You sure you are putting the code in properly?

Either way to come on the forum with that sort of attitude without contacting key or gary is a bit out of order. The sever could be down or anything, the way you are going on you would have hought someone had emptied your bank account.

key is a great guy and he will sort your problems out, but it is the weekend so it will probably not get dealt with till Monday

We actually did hear from this user after he/she wrote into support[at]soundspectrum.com and we sent them an email response within hours of getting the email. Hopefully this fixed the problem (we never heard back either way).
