is it possible to play fullscreen on only one monitor and operate normaly in the other?

Currently no, unfortunately. Our Windows fullscreen code doesn't do this, but I'd like to add support for this as soon as I get hooked up with a dev that knows their windows. we'll see...raposo wrote:hi.

New member here. Recently purchased Gold for Mac. Thanks for the upgrade to Platinum.

I have similar setup on a Mac and would also love this feature. Good to see you like the idea too. Look forward to seeing it added.

dual screen workaround
To get G-Force to work on both screens open G-Force standalone on one screen and Windows Media 10 in the other. Make WM10 go fullscreen first and then G-Force. I haven't tried this with the new G-Force version yet (don't have my dual screen right now) but it worked with the old version (version 2.8 and earlier).
You can't fullscreen G-Force first, because it returns to normal mode if you activate another window in fullscreen, but WM10 is okay with it.

Same problem...
I too have this difficulty. I have a dual-head setup, with a monitor as primary display adapter, and a projector on the other. I frequently mix trance using Traktor on the primary, and would LOVE to have G-Force on the projector for house parties and such, but, no go. The windows titlebar kinda screws the effect.
My suggestion is to talk to the developers of Geiss or BeatHarness, as their winamp plugin/standalones are capable of going "desktop" mode on either display adapter, essentially making the visualization the background image for whichever monitor you choose.
Another group of people who've done this right is those who modded Windows Media Player 6.4 to create WMP Classic, which behaves as desired by dragging it to the secondary monitor and pressing Alt-Enter as usual. Even in full-screen mode, the keypresses and mouseclicks do not cause it to go back to windowed mode.

Have had G-Force for prolly 4 years now. Always amazed me how you managed to improve on perfection. No vis out can compare to G-Force.....or ever will.....lol....It just ain't gonna happen.....
Anyhoo.....I have 2 dual monitor PCs both with independent screens, ATI cards on one and Nvidia's on the other and being able run G-Force on both monitors from 1 source, like Winamp, would be awesome.....
.....totally.
Coming to you via "Vista".....G-Force's #1 fan,
Jeffrey C. Landry
Oh.....BTW.....I *sincerely* hope Gold/Platinum make, or have already made all your hard work worth while.....
.....I hope.
Tanks.
