Failed to load G-Force
I keep getting a message saying "Failed to load G-Force" "The G-Force visual engine either failed to load or could not be found in the SoundSpectrum support folder. Try reinstalling G-Force in order to fix the problem." I just reinstalled because of this message and now it still is giving me the same message. I am on a Mac running Mt Lion but I am getting the same issue on my MacBook with Snow Leopard. It used to work just fine but then my year license expired and suddenly it no longer works. On the MacBook it keeps telling me that my license code is not valid but it is the code I was sent after purchasing Platinum.

You need to contact SoundSpectrum support:-

The team from SoundSpectrum do not monitor this forum so will not see the issues you have raised. You will not hear from the support team in the usual 24 / 48 hours due to the Christmas holidays, it will be a few days before they respond to you.
