I am having so much fun with this Gold! Using xp and Media player 10.
But when I work to script a song, after scripting, I have to close media player, start it, open a different song, wait for the keyboard to respond, so I can shft U to clear cache, finally when that's done, close that song reload the song i am working on and I can see changes. Geeeze. This has been the only reliable way
Is there something I can do?
I read somewhere (cant find it now)where you could change the file name by putting a $ sign, do i have to change both .wav and .txt file name's just temporarilly?
I guess I will try that soon.
Would love a way to watch slide shows and when I see a combination I like, post the config combination to a txt file, or am I missing something.
Probably stupid quesions. Still learning the easy stuff.
Gotta love it though, Thanks Andy!
Duane

Duane,
Please know that you should be in full screen mode to use keystroke commands with Windows Media Player (WMP)... they will sometimes work when you are not in full screen mode, but only sometimes (WMP does not always pass the keystrokes to G-Force - this is a known limitation on their end).
Also, in response to your question about scripting, if the names of both your SONG.wav file and your SONG.txt script file match (e.g. SONG = SONG), then that particular script will auto start when that particular song is started. And if you are editing the script .txt files and don't want to close out of WMP, you can indeed use Shift U to rescan the script and config folders.
Regards,
Key
