Well this looks like the year I do not renew my licence for G-force. Since all I have it installed into is off-line machines. I purposely deactivate all the networking and other stuff that I find unneccessary. This I found was the Absolutely Best way of getting Top performance from G-force. I average around 9-13 process active with about 2 percent of my cpu on startup useing only about 148 mg ram. kick it off with a 256 mg vid card, provides a geat display with optimal framerates. this new online activation is probably necssary but is not an option for me. been running builds that go back to 2.6 and love each one. drop me a line when you find a way for us offline users to activate.
yeah, too bad they could not design a version that is tied to a computer's hardware configuration, but then would probably require online activation at least once.
But you have to thank the pirates for all the restrictions, you cannot blame the software makers. If they did not secure their software, it would be stolen repeatedly and force the software companies out of business due to lack of profits.
The people at G-Force are trying to make a living, too.
You can just temporarily connect your offline machine to the internet, install G-Force, and then disconnect it. It is a bit of a hassle, but pretty doable at the same time. It's unfortunate that SoundSpectrum has had to require an internet connection at install time, but SoundSpectrum's ability to stay in business has been seriously threatened by piracy in the past year.

Its not possible to reconect these systems due to the lack of modems and it would take me Hrs. to do each mach. (some builds have been running for 2 yrs or more.) This is also a closed network with no real purpose but to stream media and run G-force within my home. Yep a true stoner
from the 60s. (lol) just gonna have to make do with the versions I do have. Sigh.................
