foobar and album art

ok like it was stated in documentation

i have created a tag called APIC

and set it to the dir of the image of the art

ie
d:\mp3s\new\blah.jpg

also tried
d:\mp3s\new

and
simply blah.jpg whereby it is in the same folder as the mp3

i keep getting and album art error 55013


and it doesnt work

and help would really be appreciated.
