avg anti virus

New to gforce, can anyone tell me if I turn off anti virus while using streaming music provider am I asking for trouble. I hear gforce works faster and better if it is not competing with other programmes.

If you turn off Virus protection while connected to the internet, you are in danger of getting a virus. At least have a firewall on, and scan for viruses afterwards if you turn off virus protection.
