Letterboxing??? Can't figure out how to fix it.

Hi. I've got the G-Force Platinum. I'm trying to eliminate the letterboxing effect when it runs on iTunes (as well as Standalone). I found a post that said you can adjust this in Advanced Preferences, but i can't find how to access this function. According to another post, i can edit a file here: Preference File (PC): C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\G-Force I don't find any file like that on my computer. Please help!
