Projection HELP????

I would like to know if it is possible to use a projector to project G-force visuals while working on another program at the same time? Basically is there a way to set it up so that the G-Force is the only output to the projector instead of the whole computer screen? I have a Toshiba Qosmio G35-av600 laptop with S-video output. Any help on this would REALLY be appreciated!

I think it depends on the media player you are using. I use J River Media Center to send G Force to a projector in a dualview mode quite often. I do this with my desktop and with a laptop.
