OS X mountain lion FULL SCREEN mode NOT WORKING

does anyone else have this issue? i just bought the standalone versions of aeon and whitecap. both work in full screen in itunes just fine but when i try to use the standalone versions the full screen option is greyed out and inaccessible. wtf? any ideas?

Hi turbolars. Please note that you may enter and exit full-screen mode within our Standalone applications by pressing "Shift Enter" or "Shift Return".
