ZERO PRO SUPPORT RESPONSE FOR OVER A MONTH!!!

hello SS forum,
I am hoping to get someone at SS's attention through this forum.
I Absolutely LOVE AEON. Though your service is horrible. I have been attempting to contact you for over a month!!! so I can PURCHASE a pro usage license for use on a huge show in India this last NYE.... i have left several emails directly to every staff member there after waiting weeks for a response from my below mentioned tickets.... no response. Do you not want to sell your product??? very confused.
I was left in the dust for my NYE shows.. Thanks for that. I had to use my old personal licensed version [which sucked] for the show.... not only did you loose money that I was willing to pay for the pro version, but i did not feel your lack of support warranted any mention of sound spectrum whatsoever... so you are forcing me to continue using a non-pro licensed product... a very bad business model...
Now i have another show this month and i would like to use aeon pro for that. I would love to hear from someone regarding purchase of a pro license. If you don't respond i will have to keep using my personally licensed version.
