Scripting in Aeon

I've had Aeon for awhile, which I mostly use Standalone. I've been frustrated in trying to learn the scripting feature. Is there any documentation of these features? I was having some success on some scripts with Aeon 3.2, but ran into problems because KillRunningScripts didn't work. So I upgraded to the latest version and nothing works! Aeon does not appear to recognize the timing commands (0:00 ... 0:10 ...) in the scripts. Has the scripting feature completely changed in the new version?

I am not into scripting but there are a few people here who are and I am sure one of them will chime in with a decent explanation.
