Newbie questions...

Post by Pat Nesbitt »

Hi, I have two questions that I would like some help with. I am a numpty in terms of technical stuff so any advice needs to be accesible for the complete novice- LOL!

1) I know is it possible to connect a second monitor to my macbook pro and use the visuals on the second monitor, but is it possible to access the settings/help on the first/main monitor whilst the visuals are rolling so that they don't show up on the second monitor?
2) can you insert pictures into the visuals?
Thanks so much.
Looking forward to some simple answers - LOL!

Hi Pat Nesbitt! Welcome to the world of Soundspectrum!! :D

I am not that familiar with Aeon yet so I cannot help you, but I did want to let you know that you have been noticed and someone will answer your question eventually.

The other mods and forum members are very good at helpng out newcomers with questions.

Take care

Hi Pat,

1) and 2) - not easily at the moment. Our next update [probably not till jan. at least] will include a new way to control content and parameters, though through messing with a python code file and keyboard commands at first (which I can assist with at that point).
