Aeon Installation Problem

Hello, I need some help or advice as I try to Install Aeon Platinum and I enter the Serial Number and click next and then It tells me to Fully Exit Windows Media Player and I have not even got WMP running... It is possibly something very simple but I am banging my head against the wall... Please Help... Many thanks in advance.

Sometimes WMP can run in the background even though it's not visible.

Try installing after a clean restart or open the task manager and kill the "mplayer.exe" process.
