G-Force Trial does work seemlessly in MediaPortal. WhiteCap works fine using Windows Media Player 11, but display the following error in MediaPortal:
"Whitecap cannot run on this computer because it lacks the required graphics hardware or because the latest graphics drivers aren't installed"
This doesn't make sense to me since it runs seemlessly in WMP. After checking out G-Force and WhiteCap trials I just bought Platinum. I Didn't try the WhiteCap Trial in MediaPortal, tough, after I saw G-Force running there.
System Information
Version of your OS: Windows XP Sp2
Version of WhiteCap: 5.5 Platinum
Version of your media player: MediaPortal 0.2.3 SVN Build 18123 (2008-03-21 / 2:03 CET)
Graphics hardware info: Mobile Intel 945GM Express
MediaPortal Log doesn't show any problems in visualizer initialisation. Does WhiteCap provide any logs?
WhiteCap not working in MediaPortal
Same Problem
I am having the same problem, is there a fix?

just to let you know this is what Sound Spectrum support told me:
Though we have in the past, we do not currently offer support for MediaPortal. We used to be in contact with people on the MediaPortal team and worked with them for support of our plug-in within their media player. Unfortunately, the updates they have released since have not taken our software into account, and it has become impractical to continue to develop support for their platform.

Yeah sounds right, I knew I did'nt see it in the installer any more.
Sorry I didnt remember it sooner.
As seen here: http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/liste ... ion-53620/ MediaPortal team is trying heavily to work with Sound Spectrum, but with even not an answer...
To bad, as I use MediaPortal and I would appreciate to use the SoundSpectrum Visualisation (that I've acquired in 2007).[/url]
