When will this be fixed?

Just updated to 3.93,same issue again....

I have just updated to 3.9.
After restarting WMP11, I can´t select to start the GF Toolbar.The option is completly gone.
Uninstall (incl. Regclean) reinstall doesn´t work also.
The same issue happens with Whitecap after updating.
Before updating it works fine.

OS is WinXP SP3.

Bonjour service and all other Adobe Services are blocked.

I have no idea.... this makes me really crazy.

I´ve already uninstalled GF 3 times and clean the registry also 3 times.

Also, I deleted all GF folders in "documents and settings/application data".

This is really strange....

I´ve checked all Firewall settings in Norton and in the Windows Firewall.
I´ve turned off each firewall.But the problem still occurs.
