Help. Need to be able to reset Toolbar resize.
I was resizing the toolbar in WinXP Pro which was located at the top of my screen and I resized it to about 3mm now I am unable to resize it or move it. I have uninstalled the app rebooted and resinstalled it still in the same spot. These values must be stored in the registry somewhere. How do I res...
