7 months later and no one has answered your questions. I searched for a program to convert map to png but couldn't find one. Sound Spectrum still has map editing software on their extras page. The update page says png replaces map files. Why drop support for map files?

1st off I don't think it likes a SetFlowField at the same time as SetNextFlowField. I moved the set next to one second after and Rovastar - Mosaic History (Aztec Mix)" started to work. 2nd, you're putting a set flow of the same flow when a set next is scheduled to occur. This is unnessesary. The set...

I don't know of any that don't work. If you could let me know I'd be happy to fix them.

I have a wave called (chk_nothing) that displays nothing on the screen so that you can view background images without anything getting in the way. I also have a few colormaps that 'electrify' the backgrounds: (chk_back0) and (chk_back1). The parenthesis around the name means that G-Force will NOT us...

New Flowfields from Roger Bigod 05/07

Roger Bigod has some new flowfields and I have posted them in the 'extras' zip files on my website.

The names are Checkerboard, CoolingTower, several Cylinders, Dome, several Spheres and a few Stereographics among others.

What you want is sorta possible. I have created a script but it's expecting each video to be 30 seconds. If shorter there will be blank time. But it will pick each one at random and use the random slideshows built into G-Force. The other consideration is what colormap to use. With this script the vi...

There you have it. Just name the images in order that they will be used and use the toolbar to bring them up at the right time.

There are two other ways of naming/calling scripts. One is to start from another script. But without a wait for keypress command that won't help you. The other way is for the script name to match a song name. This won't be much fun but you could copy an MP3 file to a number of new names like song01_...

How many images will you need? You can make one script for each image up to about 36, Control 0-9, A-Z. With the standalone version there are a few others too like Contol-Space and some of the arrow keys. Beyond that I don't know. The scripts do use timing for each thing displayed. So if the time va...

Connie, I just realized that one of your questions went unanswered. Scripts CTRL - 0 thru CTRL - Z can be called from the keyboard. There are a few others, at least in the standalone version, like CTRL ( which is something like control left arrow. Scripts of any name can be called from other scripts...

Connie, Thanks, did you try the "quadrants" scripts? They are interesting and I am going to change them one of these days soon. Yes, if you are writing your own scripts keep a backup copy separate from the scripts folder. You can control how much G-Force responds to the music with the [ and ] keys a...
