Thank-you for the reply Well - I seem to be getting somewhere in a round about way. I installed WinAMP as suggested, but got a very similar result. When I tried MediaMonkey something interesting happened. My McAFFEE software informed me that the file VIS_G-FORCE.DLL was trying to access the internet...
