You might try AverMedia.com for what you are looking for.
I bought one of their VGA to NTSC (?) converters and ran an RCA cable from the converter to a 36" Sony TV and G-Force comes in beautifully. The unit I purchased is the AverKey Micro.

Addendum to my first post: G-Force 2.7.3 does not crash when I run it as an iTunes plugin...only as a standalone app.

I double-click the G-Force 2.7.3 app., it runs fine for awhile, then it crashes and I'm presented with the option of sending the crash results to Apple. This may have started with 2.7.2 ?
