Hi, and welcome to the forum! You don't actually want track text to always be white in G-Force because sometimes the background color is white, making white text invisible. What you want is to change where it says "Pen=fader" to "Pen=1" This will make it so the text is always the foreground color, i...

I chose "Watch it intensely" because that's what I most commonly do with it. But I also frequently use it casually to go with whatever music I happen to be listening to. (I've made some pleasant discoveries this way - just last night I learned that G-Force is excellent with surf guitar.) I also run ...

If it's like C, which I assume it is, the double slash (//) comments out everything until the next carriage return. Whereas the slash-asterisk (/* */) comments out everything between the starting and ending characters. Long story short, for one line comments, you can use the double slash. For more t...

You can find a bunch of new configs in the Extras area of the G-Force site. To add your configs to G-Force, you need to find the G-Force directory. You'll notice that it has some sub directories - Waveshapes, Colormaps, etc. Simply copy the configs to the appropriate directory, run G-Force, and enjo...

I think that the more "dated" configs should stay. I dig the hell out of the 2001 flowfields, for example. However, it's worth pointing out that as more and more configs are added, the less screen time a particular config will have. So, in effect, the breadth of G-Force will effectively "phase out" ...

Also, for fun, I've created a little section of my web site devoted to G-Force screen shots.
See it here.
Andy, or anyone else, feel free to grab whatever pics you like from there.

Respectfully, nuytsia, It doesn't have to be that complicated. You can edit the Prefs file - where it says TTxt = "1" change the '1' to a zero. This will shut off the automatic tract text. Then, while G-Force is running, you can just hit 'T' and the track text will display; this is a built-in G-Forc...

Add a line to your Prefs file: FPS = "25" (You may or may not need the quotes - use other lines from the Prefs file as a guide. I don't have G-Force at work so I can't be certain...) From the documentation: G-Force will attempt to maintain a frame rate that matches the value specified in this pref. ...
