When Will J River Media Center 13 be Supported?

I just renewed my license again....

I try this forum for support, but also use tickets where appropriate...

I've never had a ticket that did not get a fast and complete response...

I must be happy...

I just migrated to a new Vista PC and SoftSkies will not install. The infamous graphics drivers/hardware error. The install won't even start. I tried all versions ever released. I just migrated to a new Vista PC and SoftSkies will not install. The infamous graphics drivers/hardware error. The install won't even start. I tried all versions ever released.

I suggest Andy sends a email notice to all existing customers to let them know this is available. After all, this is a seasonal product and the season is almost over.

I still miss the WhiteCap version from a few years back, but I do like this one as well.

Or can we get the holiday edition for the new version of WhiteCap? I bet this would help sales of the new version.
