I have to setup my computer from scratch. I installed XMplay, then wanted to install G-Force, but the installation routine didn't find XMPlay...
What files/directories/registry entries have to be present for G-Force to detect XMPlay?

There are many pros for WinAmp, but I like XMPlay, because it is small and has a great sound. WinAmp is nice, but by now it is a bloated piece of software.
