On my PC, the preferences are in a drop-down menu on the toolber. there is a small grip area below the arrows about in the middle of the toolbar, click it.

An interesting collection of problems and behaviors here. My problem is that I am unable to get the toolbar to load automatically on my PC running XP, iTunes 7 and GF 3.5.6.
